On our shared journey toward excellence, leadership plays a crucial role. As a leader, I’d like to briefly outline our understanding of leadership, as well as the key qualities and responsibilities that leaders should possess.

First, leadership is not merely a position—it’s a way of behaving. We believe that leaders are those who can unlock their teams’ full potential and provide them with clear direction. Each of us has the potential to become a leader, regardless of our formal title—so long as we possess positive influence and a strong sense of responsibility.

Second, the characteristics of leaders are crucial. We encourage each team member to develop decision-making skills, enhance communication abilities, foster teamwork, and remain goal-oriented and adaptable. These qualities are the cornerstone of our collective success.
