The company currently employs over 60 people, 40 of whom hold college diplomas or higher degrees, including 2 with doctoral degrees and 5 with master’s degrees. Four employees hold senior technical titles (researchers) and are fully capable of independently conducting specialized technical research. The company relies on the Shenyang Institute of Applied Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, as its technological partner, bringing together a team of researchers with solid theoretical foundations and extensive practical experience. Moreover, the company is equipped with comprehensive analytical and testing instruments and equipment necessary for conducting microbial fermentation experiments, enabling it to engage in the research, development, and production of various microbial fermentation and bioengineering-related products. Since its establishment, the company has undertaken numerous provincial- and ministerial-level scientific research projects. Currently, it serves as the “Engineering Research Center for Fermentation and Purification of Organophosphorus Pesticide Degradation Enzymes” in Liaoning Province. The company holds 6 authorized invention patents. Its self-developed polyamine fertilizer synergist and pesticide degradation enzyme preparation have successively won the First and Third Prizes for Scientific and Technological Progress in Benxi City. Both of these products have also been awarded the title of “Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative” product (technology) by small and medium-sized enterprises in Liaoning Province. On March 1, 2018, the company successfully listed on the National SME Share Transfer System.

The company is equipped with complete production facilities for pesticide-degrading enzymes, polyamine fertilizer synergists, and food additives. Under the pesticide-degrading enzyme project, we have developed the “Beidun R” series of fruit and vegetable residue-cleaning agents—designed to remove pesticide residues—as well as soil remediation agents and dishwashing detergents. These products are already being marketed and promoted through multiple channels in regions including Northeast China, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Tangshan area, Shandong Province, and Shaanxi Province. In the polyamine fertilizer additive project, we have developed “Baofei Si R,” a fertilizer synergist that features water-retention and drought-resistance properties, enhances nutrient absorption, and prolongs fertilizer effectiveness. Currently, nearly 20 domestic fertilizer manufacturers are producing and using this product. Under the food additive project, our independently developed “Zhongke Xian Zhi Yuan” multi-functional, multi-category food additives have been widely applied in the Northeast and Central Plains regions for food preservation, flavoring, thickening, and other applications.
