Our economic strength has achieved a historic leap, the problem of absolute poverty has been historically resolved, and we have made breakthroughs in several critical core technologies, enabling China to join the ranks of innovative nations and embark on a new journey of comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese-style modernization. Talents from all sectors have played a fundamental and supportive role in these globally acclaimed and momentous achievements. Today, a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation is unfolding at an unprecedented pace. Competition among major world powers in terms of overall national strength and technological prowess is intensifying, making the demand for talent even more urgent.
