Imported screen glass for mobile phones
Alkali-containing glass import: Saved customers 13% in taxes and fees.
The provisional import tariff rate is a more favorable tax rate applied by the state to certain key raw materials and mechanical and electrical products used in industrial and agricultural production that are imported. Alkaline glass used in mobile phones is one of the products eligible for this provisional import tariff. However, if you’re not familiar with their processing methods and ingredient compositions—among other relevant factors—you could end up paying taxes and duties that are more than ten percentage points higher than those paid by your competitors. Our professional customs team, when faced with situations where clients are uncertain about product commodity codes, zeroes in on the critical details and leverages over a decade of specialized expertise to provide clients with professional, compliance-driven advice. A certain optical company in Shenzhen had been plagued by high tax burdens until they turned to our firm. Since we took over their case, we thoroughly reviewed all of the client’s documentation and discovered that they were indeed eligible for the preferential tariff rate!
Clothing import and export
China is a major exporter in the textile industry, and its apparel export trade is developing rapidly.
Especially in recent years, driven by their growth needs, companies have increasingly abandoned the previous practice of using trading companies as agents for import and export, opting instead to handle import and export operations independently. However, lacking firsthand experience in import and export customs clearance, and with unclear understanding of the specific requirements for clothing imports and exports, they’ve encountered various issues during the operational process. In fact, only certain types of imports require commodity inspection and entry clearance certificates. After receiving client documentation, our company categorizes and submits declarations based on the actual situation. A clothing company in Dongguan, after reaching out to us, successfully resolved a series of problems. Having collaborated with us for many years, they now confidently state that they’ve indeed found the right customs brokerage firm!
Red wine import
A wine import and export company in Shenzhen, having been established only in 2015, had virtually zero prior knowledge about wine import and export. Despite its strong financial resources and a comprehensive product inventory, the company struggled due to the lack of a suitable customs brokerage partner. After extensive searches, they eventually found us. We summarized the following three key lessons for our client, successfully helping them complete their first batch of wine imports.
1. Screen high-quality overseas suppliers to ensure efficient approval of commodity inspection filings.
2. Properly complete the filing of various items such as warehouses and labels that are required for pre-shipment inspection by domestic declaration entities.
3. Join the customs clearance facilitation measures and enjoy the fast-track customs release channel.
Since the first batch of goods cleared customs smoothly, both sides have been cooperating ever since.
Customs declaration for rubber particles
A trading company in Shenzhen entrusted our company to declare PC/ABS granules of the AC2300 model, brand X, to the Huanggang Customs in Shenzhen. During the review of the declaration elements provided by the client, our customs declarant discovered that the composition ratio—28% PC and 68% ABS—contradicted the tariff code 390740000. After verifying with the client’s operator, it was confirmed that the composition of this particular model of granules was indeed correct; the operator had mistakenly provided the wrong tariff code. The correct tariff code should have been 3903309000. Upon further investigation, we learned that when the client imported this model of granules from Guangzhou, the tariff code consistently used was 390740000—and the import was exempted from tariffs under the ECFA agreement. There is a 6.5% tariff difference between these two scenarios. Therefore, our company issued a risk alert to the enterprise. Subsequently, the enterprise recognized the seriousness of this issue and promptly took corrective measures to avoid potential customs clearance risks.
The company was highly satisfied with our expertise, and after six months of collaboration, they recommended us to their industry peers.

Shipment of packaging materials
Shipment of packaging materials
At a certain factory in Dongguan, packaging materials are produced and shipped exclusively according to customer orders. Typically, production is carried out via assembly lines with minimal inventory buildup, so there are extremely high demands for the timeliness of customs declaration and clearance procedures. When the customer approached us, their primary request was that we provide faster and more accurate agency services for customs clearance. After our professional customs declaration team took on this task, we consistently delivered the fastest and highest-quality service, earning widespread praise from the client. Over the past three years of close collaboration, we’ve helped the client resolve most of their concerns, and as a result, the factory’s production volume has significantly increased.
